not on TV but there's an alternative:
Not in Montréal? Watch the weekend worldwide with Saturday’s games on
@cbcsports’s YouTube, and Sunday on
@cbcsports @cbcgem
PLUS listen to all games on
@RC_Sports
(FR)!

Players must be no more than 26 years old by 15 September of their rookie season to be eligible for the trophy.

huh, wasn't aware that was the rule... I find it's a bit odd, especially since he first played in the NHL in 2018... oh well.

yeah there were complaints when Panarin won it as well, but oh well...it's not like Cole stood a chance with the start of the season and all the time on the 4th line anyways lol

no, that's for sure, Caufield simply started producing too late... but he might reach 20 goals, which is pretty damn good considering it's basically in a half a season lol. but even then I find the calder should be reserved for younger players, like 21 or 22 years old tops.

Hearing that in order for Claude Giroux to agree to waive his NMC, he made an agreement with nhl executives to handle the calder trophy to Gramps, 79 y/o rookie in whining.
