The building was buzzing. I've long contended that there's no such thing as "playoff type atmosphere." Even 'game 82' versus STL in 2018 wasn't as loud as the playoff series that followed. And the sound in the building when Makar scored his first goal v Calgary has never come close to being duplicated in the regular season. But the spontaneous chant of "Let's Go Avs" that erupted during the 6 on 5 was pretty cool. And the quality of play was definitely playoff caliber. |

The loudest I've ever heard it was when Tanguay scored in OT vs Dallas in round 1 about 15 years ago. Wish I was there for Cale's first goal! |
