VASY STARTS PLAYING BETTER TONIGHT! I can't say if the rest of the team will follow, though. |

That's because viruses mutate. The shot you got in April was made for the April variant, not the one 7 months later. |
|
|
|
(1) There is no test for the Delta Variant
(2) A positive test doesn't necessarily mean you have it
(3) There's no vaccine for the Delta Variant
(4) If the NHL is fully vaccinated who does it protect sitting a player
(5) It's time for the league put on their big boy pants and if a player has no symptoms just let them play the game.

Not pointless, just not 100% effective. Even while it was originally administered, it was between 85% and 92% effective, meaning that it wouldn't take for everyone. Also, it was never designed to stop people from contracting it altogether, it was designed to keep symptoms relatively low. And although the virus has mutated, its base RNA signature is the same, which (I'm assuming here) means that the body has a head-start on being able to fight off the virus. |

1) yes there is, just not commercially available as in you can't get your family doc to test for you. If you think your CDC doesnt have the means, as in labs, equipment and qualified people, to test for Delta variant you are truly out to lunch.
2) this is true, as it is for many other tests of viruses. False positives. They're not that common with covid, however.
3) vaccines still provide protection vs the Delta variant and severe outcomes, just not as much as the earlier variants.
4) that is a great question...maybe to protect Bertuzzi and the other like 5 guys not vaxxed haha...or the fact that there are some breakthrough cases in the vaxxed and maybe some players are going home to, or around, people with major underlying issues or people that can't be vaxxed themselves.
5) asymptomatic seem to be able to spread it if testing positive...like real positive, not false positive. |

People in general die of the flu every year Some years are worse and some are not
People die from drunk drivers but we do not ban alcohol Just take your chances in life and make your own choices You should not have mandates put upon you Just not the American way |

This is all utter nonsense. Everyone knows that the vaccine prevents nothing, Covid is just a myth, and that the vaccine is only used to track people and make their kids autistic. Take off the masks, stop any/all preventitive measures, and go about our lives as we did 2 years ago. Everything will be great. |

Did you just compare a conscious decision to drive while intoxicated to contracting a disease? Just making sure I follow here. Also, while we don't band alcohol, there are severe legal consequences if you drive while intoxicated regardless of whether or not you caused an accident/killed someone. |

Don't look now but the beloved MAF or 4 goal Fleury is showing up almost every night he plays in CHICAGO. I wonder if they have buyers remorse for picking him up.
He gave up SIX in his last game. Wonder how he likes playing for a bad team.
Maybe he was hiding behind a good team in Pittsburgh. And now he is EXPOSED!!!!!
And now you know the rest of the story. |

Boy if you are a Flyers fan I see where you get your dumbness Mandates are the problem. You should not be able to force anyone to do something against their own beliefs There are consequences for everything but you cannot stop living your own life. Wake up and live or just go away and die Just do not live in FEAR. That is how the governments control the people |

Yes, way to incorporate the sports team that I cheer for (Pens are my #2, by the way) with my intelligence...go you.
I agree that you shouldn't force people to do something against their own beliefs. I'm just wondering why you were comparing a conscious decision to get intoxicated and then drive a car to contracting a virus.
Anyway, back to hockey, yay! |

This investigation is really thorough. Makes me wonder how much is going to be uncovered in the Donatelli investigation. |
