When you market highly publicized investigations, then you better have the goods or you’re an idiot. Did the League apologize to him for all the hoopla and a
lack of evidence from their failed investigation? It doesn’t say so. The punishment is excessive. The League looks pathetic weak and vindictive.

I’m not a fan of Kane but the fact that you don’t like him is irrelevant to my post.

Dear NHL, please send this man to the KHL so he doesn't keep hurting the name of the NHL with all of his stupid decisions. Really feel like he could have gotten suspended for more...but the PA must have barked.

Kane has been on thin ice since his team mates revolted against him in Winnipeg. I wouldn't want him on the team. He has no respect for the game, his team or the league. Wonder how he would like playing in the KHL?

It would be interesting to hear an agents perspective here on any morals clauses that might be standard in a players contract and how they might come into play here. Given that CA is now firmly in the Do Not Prosecute Criminals camp and eliminating most punishments, theres no chance of any criminal filing here. Especially against any supporting member of BLM.
His lack of judgement has been shown to be epic and continuous and it has risen to the Statndard of "Conduct Unbecoming". He has gigantic gambling debts, amongst others that has landed him in Bankruptcy Court, has treated his wife poorly, possibly criminally as previously mentioned,and is also being sued by a girlfriend for allegedly reneging on a $2mm payday for getting an abortion, He has alienated most everyone on the team and many in the front office and made them look bad with his conduct off the ice in other circumstances and episodes.
Kane is the consumate Jekyll and Hyde but the bad side continues to emerge with regularity. It's too bad that he hasn't woken up and matured. He is at risk of losing everything and squandering the athletic gifts he has been given.
