my completely accurate and well informed rangers captain ranking by likelihood:

1) Trouba
2) Kreider
3) Mika
4) Fox
5) Trade for JJ back and anoint him god king of the NYR

They didnt hide their infatuation with Trouba's locker room presence last year and i think they are probably trying to steer away from the "lead by example not with words" kind of guys like we had with the last few, which is why fox and mika are lower. also, giving trouba the C is probably a way of justifying the contract

My money is on either Trouba or Kreider, with Kreider having a slight edge due to time spent in NY.

Kreider is very streaky, he's the best shot deflector in the NHL, sometimes those hit the post instead of going in

Pretty sure you can get a free week trial but rinks will blackout certain times so it wouldn't shock me if they blackout these games
