The left side is set in stone.
Slavin
Skeji
Cole
The right side in my mind will be a rollercoaster through the year if not being changed based on game situation.
Through the first two periods within a goal either way I could see
Bear
Pesce
TDA
Protecting a lead in the third
Pesce
Bear
TDA
Down by a few at any time or down by one in the third
TDA
Pesce
Bear
Point being if Bear shows he can skate with Slavin and be somewhat responsible I wouldn’t be surprised to see Pesce stay with Skeji which was a very good pair last year. The thing this team will miss the most from Hamilton is his zone entries and PP quarterbacking. Not knocking Pesce over Bear by any means but Slavin-Pesce are defensemen of the same mold and with the way this team likes to have a traditionally more defensive guy with someone with strong puck moving ability I’d be shocked to see them together when not on the PK or protecting a lead. I guess long story short the only guarantee in the top 4 is Pesce, I think Bear is guaranteed top 6, and TDA is a wildcard that in my mind could slot anywhere literally and I’m including the press box or AHL if they decide Smith to be a better option. I fully expect each of Bear, TDA, and maybe even Smith to see time with all 3 LD.

Wolfpack5's analysis is accurate. I believe TDA will see a lot of time with Slavin but will be hidden later on in games if they are protecting a lead. RBA did a lot of that with Hamilton and would expect that to continue.

Amazing this team could lose Bean and Dougie and not miss a beat. What a D.

And now with Freddie & Raanta in the net playing behind it... Gotta think this is the favorite for the cup next yr.. Tampa took significant hits ... maybe too many to overcome.

Look out for BINGO the commie….he hates anyone who loves America and democracy.
As we all know ADA is a terrorist and should be tarred and feathered in training camp!

I think DeAngelo is getting excessive criticism based on his politics. I do like him as an offensive dman. However Hamilton is much better all around.
