Ben Shelley: Ducks re-sign Isac Lundestrom and Sam Steel

Isac is better than Sam now and will be going forward.. His offensive game really came on last yr.. more confidence I believe and he's already a better and more complete C than Sam..

I'm fine with the signings, but at what point will something be done to improve our scoring? Are the Samuelis constraining Murray's ability to get some forward talent on this team, or does he just want to watch us sink again? Is there talent out there to be had? Do we have to wait another season or more to get some excitement back in the lineup?

I agree to a certain extent.. but who ? I would like to entertain trading JG to Carolina as they really need a goalie and we could def use some of their F scoring ...

I'm not sure another team has what we need for a part we could afford to trade at this time.

Signing them was a no brainer, but Ben, you failed to mention the most striking aspect of the signings.......they're both TWO WAY deals. They make 875K with the Ducks, but they can be sent to the Gulls and their salary is in the 70K range. The fact they signed two way deals is stunning to me.
