As an insurance policy it's fine; but finding that true backup/1B goalie is still of paramount importance to this team. |

Helps us meet the expansion requirements because Cormier isn't eligible yet as of right now, and he's a fine 3rd goalie. The team will still try to bring in a 1B to split with Mac |

Wouldn't say no to Fleury and a 1st.... Vegas seems to only like the boys with size and grit, so maybe Wood going back the other way could get er done.

I wouldn’t say no to sliding down a rainbow into a pot of gold, either. Both are just as likely. |

Haha wishful thinking for sure. But that was the offer supposedly being thrown around last season. He absolutely had a strong year, but I don't see to many teams fitting his cap space. Vegas will likely have to retain some cap, and Lehner appears to be their guy going forward. It's just a matter of how desperate the knights are to remove the full cap hit. Realistically, they may need to look at moving Smith or Pacioretti. Peyton Krebs and Cody Glass appear NHL ready and Tuch has become an absolute star RW for them. |

Whoever it is I hope they’re ready to retire just before the season starts |

Maybe we can trade for Rick DiPietro... at least we know what we are getting. |

Devils have re-signed Siegenthaler to a 2 year, $1.125M AAV contract. He will still be an RFA after the deal |
