Is this an April fools day joke. I guess his signing Hyman and Reilly put Kyle in a bad spot too. Guess his signings on the island that were laughed at here and his trades for that center from Ottawa and the wingers from the devils didn’t turn out like the brilliant moves that pushed the leafs to the semi-finals again. Oh it’s the Islanders one step from the finals again .And that PM signing that is always brought up as a total fail is b.s. . He gave the leafs 2 good years and was a positive mentor to your great stars. Everyone knew it was for one year to long. That’s how he got PM to sign. If that is a fail because of the money how is the JT signing working out. And your blaming him for Nylander holding out for more money. If Lou was still in TO Willy is elsewhere and Marner might night have quite so big a contract.

Playing big minutes . Would continue but there is a game to watch. Last point -seems Lou is pretty good at his goaltending choices. Is player evaluation part of a gm’s job? Not as important as being socially conscious.
