What is this an attempt to say what a good deal Dubas made with the Avs. So smart, so progressive. How are those non progressive, limited analytic, boring Isles doing.You know the ones with OLD man Lou. Now there is something to talk about. Useless Leo and worthless Matt still playing AGAIN.

You know actually I thought Dubas made some solid moves this year player wise
that just didn't work out. I think the problem is the culture of the team. They talk about missing killer instinct and the need to play harder but they preach that we are skilled and thats the way we play. When your 6 foot 4 inch 225 pound face of the franchise is getting flipped around like a ragdoll and keeps his hands at his side with a stupid grin and does nothing there is something wrong. I know you want the power play [ that sucks ]. How about some fire from your leader . That might change the CULTURE .Show that your willing to battle. You can trade for players with grit but you have to let them play that way. Demand it .Aggressive, no back down hockey from everyone. Not talking about fighting , talking about attitude. That is what Keefe and Dubas have to preach. Stop being the progressive thinker and become the fiery leader. Just my opinion.

Robertson struggled with the pace and play at the AHL level last year according to those who watched the Marlies.

Shouldn’t expect him to impact the leafs this year...if he does it will be a pleasant surprise.

Of course.

That would open up 11.9 million in space. Take away 8.5 million for Hamilton and you get the privilege of trying to replace Nylander for 3.4 million.

Oh - and we still don't have top 6 LWers.

We need to see our star players get a little fkin chippy and stand up for themselves. Every other team in the league doesn't act like an entitled little princess in NHL scrums. Leafs do. It's embarassing for them and for us, the fans
