That was actually pretty reasonable all things considered. I wouldn't have even been surprised by a fine, but realistically expected 1-2 games. They actually got it right for once.

Although I am not surprised he got suspended I am surprised that it was 4 games. It is also very unfortunate for the Jets that the NHL and the DOPS decided to make Scheifele the scape goat for a number of their past poor decisions.

Like only suspending Ryan Reaves 2 games for his impression of Derek Chauvin, or not even bothering to fine Corey Perry for kneeing John Tavaras in the back of the head, Oh I forgot that was accidental, my a$$. Corey Perry knows what he is doing every second he is on the ice and if you don't believe that you likely still believe in Santa, the Easter Bunny or that some guy in leather sandals walked on water.
