Most of these playoff games are going to be decided by 1 goal. If they keep that bum on the top line it will continue to put that line to sleep.

What line would you rather play Barzal on?

Agreed. Zajac needs to come in for Barzal.

Not quite as enjoyable as this one, for some inexplicable reason

It should have been queued up to start on Tavares losing the puck as soon as he walked into the zone

As a devils fan, matt barzal reminds me so much of a young scott gomez. There are games where he is two or three steps ahead of everybody else on the ice. Just amazing to watch, then he will go three or four games where you wonder if he was even out on the ice. Fantastic to watch some nights, drove you crazy other nights!!!

He's a great player. Give the Penguins credit they are doing an excellent job of staying right on top of him. He's also playing with a 4th line winger that cleared waivers twice this season.

The difference between good and elite players are the ability to adapt and be consistent. Barzal is a very good player.

I also think that Sorokin should have played last night. Not because Varly is not good but because of how well Sorokin played. Trotz could have stated Varly at home on Thursday.

The defense needs to read and react. They cannot stand still. The forwards also need to slow the Pens down in the Ozone and Neutral Zone. IT will take pressure of D.

He’s completely out of sorts. That tweet I just posted there’s four players on him coming across the blue line the closest player to Komarov is twenty feet away. I would say just dish it to Komarov but...

If he's going to be that open then why not. At least it may help keep the D-men honest.

Trotz gets last change tomorrow so I don't expect any changes.

This is a great game between the Caps and the Bruins. I just wish it was chippy-er!

Easier said then done but would love to see trotz throw Beau or anyone else on the wing for offensive draws. Screws with the ice time and multiple other things of course but still would like to see that wing get mixed up in game.

Beau and Barzal have played well in the past. It would be great if he moved up. He's been playing hard. The issue is Leo doesn't fit into any of the other lines any more than the 1st.

100% tough to disturb the existing chemistry on the other lines at this point. Just wish there were more of an effort to get anyone else in there initially besides Zajac and Komarov. Can’t pile too many more extra mins on any other player in the playoffs. Tough watching our top offensive point producer being saddled. Our first line now reminds me of our third line before we got Pageau
