I always thought Samsonov was going to be the goalie of the future but now it is not looking good for him. Has Kuznetsov taught him bad stuff or is he just not what the team had hoped for? For me you can not argue Vanicek's numbers but I still like Sammy better.

Sammy might be better, even much better eventually but he'll have to restart next year on his quest for the starter's job. Kuzy, he might be cooked, and it might be the last we see of him this year as I see this series as a dead heat. Hopefully they can get a good return but BMGM will have to work a little magic there to be satisfied with a deal. They will not just unprotect him and let him go to the Kraken.

it sucks Ovi was hurt, hopefully he's well rested but it would have been nice to get on a roll heading into the play offs.
