i don't think a byfield, zegras or lafreniere will be available but god knows i'd love a return that started with one of those types...just don't think it's in the cards

Which is why if I am LA, I am staying the course and not trading for Eichel.

I feel like if roles were reversed Sabres fans would feel differently.

We all like Eichel, I just don't see a way the Sabres come out on the winning end of a trade.

its hard to see a scenario where they'd give up both turcotte and byfield

to do it you'd have to bank on them overvaluing someone like olofsson to make it more "blockbustery"

Everyone said it was just canned responses because those guys are still controlled by the team...but I bought that guys like Mitts, Tage, Asplund, Ruots, Bryson and other youngins bought in and appreciated what he did. Seemed honest and unforced to me anyways.
