It was a good time to do it unlike earlier in the year when he wasn't playing good. His confidence and gameplay the last what? like 17 or so games has been really good. Most of our guys had a slow start with the Reign to start the year. New coach. New system I assume. Excited for him to get some NHL games. I just hope fans dont put to much hype into it. And just let the kid get the exp.

He needs to get that exp. And now is that time while hes playing exceptionally well with the Reign. Give him that exp before next year. So he knows what its like. Because next year you expect him to make the roster in theory.

Not disagreeing, just saying if they kept him down this yr,I wouldnt have lost my mind.glad hes getting a chance for some games, the experience will give him an idea of what he will have to work on with his game to stay up next yr

I thought he looked fantastic. Unlucky not to get a goal against Gibson in that sequence in the 2nd (?) when he had two good looks within 15 seconds. 8 of 12 from the dot. I'm very happy. Kid is a beast.

He looked really good. In fairness, though, the Ducks are barely an NHL team right now. I don't expect him to look that good against better teams, but there's nothing wrong with building his confidence. In fact, that's really all that matters and the schedule works out rather nicely because the next 4 games are against the Ducks and Yotes.

I believe that they're allowed only 2 or 3 more call-ups, so they have to use them wisely. My guess is that they'll try to save one for him to get him in a game or two before the season ends.

They only have one more call-up this season, as the call-ups for Clague and Andersson also counted against the four (both were assigned to the Reign at the trade deadline).

Probably training camp next yr.he may still get a shot this yr,we are almost mathematically eliminated and could use the last call up for him.
