Why do teams wait before putting players on injury reserve? Seems to me there is no downside to saving money. What am I missing?

near molson park, rosemont petite patrie. A pretty good spot and good price on paper for a 3 and a half

the only downside it's in a demi sous sol. I'v been dealing with this for 10 years. I'm kind of use to it but a balcony would have been nice. The park is really close so I think I will be fine anyway

It’s only a temporary fix so no point using it until you really need it I guess. If MB needed the space for a trade, he would have done it but he’s not had to so far...we’ll see if the Staal dilemma forces him to do it.
