Here's hoping they play the Preds just like they played the Panthers. |

The Preds are 4 points behind the Hawks. After these games the lead will be between eight and zero. Big games.
Here's to making the Preds sellers by Sunday night. |

Beat me to it Mo. In essence an eight point series. Let's hope for 2 regulation wins. Take that momentum into the next 2 games, at home versus Carolina, and get some more points. |

The replay of Zs hit is impressive. To me it's more effective when a player like Z doesn't try and check everything that moves, and picks his moments. Poor Hornqvist, i imagine when he saw him at the last second he was like oh poop |

It's about F'n time someone who had their stick on the hawks goalie got knocked on their ass. First chance I got to post after the game the other night with no time to back read, and I was impressed with a few guys. The oaf wasn't that bad and Carpenter was better than last game. Love watching Hagel and Lankinen. And Hinistroza was solid. When I first encountered Vinny I thought he was a jockey and thought he'd never have an impact no matter his speed. But I was wrong, I liked his game the other night. |

The first few games of the year I was ready to write him off. Zadorov has really turned his game around since he’s stopped looking for the big hit and ironically he had his biggest hardest hit of the year without going out of his way looking for it. |

Well said. The Hawks have played their asses off. Their reward is to play a bunch of meaningful games down the stretch, and maybe in the playoffs. Important stuff for a young team. |

Look, Jerky, once you've decided a guy sucks, you stick with it to the bitter end. Even if you look stupid doing so. |

Will be great to get Dach back at some point. Doesn’t sound like this weekend but sounds like he’s getting close. |

You mean Dach hasn’t been written off yet by the tall foreheads on this board? |

I have been Zadorov supporter since the deal was announced he is just what the doctor order for this team he is still young at 25 for a D man and could just be moving into his best years .I cannot say the same for Boqvist as I felt he was rushed and we were killing his confidence as well as the beating he was taking but the kid seems to be skating through the fire and is improving every game well both will still have miss steps I think they both bode well for the HAWKS future on the D .
Tonight game will be a real test of playoff style hockey for this young team I hope Lankinen gets the 1st game keep him rolling . Tolvanen is a player to keep your eye on for the Preds looks like a keeper .. GO HAWKS !!!!!!!!! |

I think Boqvist should have been left in London last season and he has struggled but he’s starting to come around. It seems Boqvist has found his confidence and is starting to play as advertised. He is so smooth with the puck, but he sometimes looks to pass off when he has the better opportunity or position to take it himself. Defensively he’s a work in progress, he’s getting better. He has the best role model in Duncan Keith in playing defensively using positioning, smarts and his stick and not being afraid to be the first guy to the puck. The biggest thing that concerns me with Boqvist is his unfortunate inability in evading big hits. Again watching Keith will show him how to get to a loose puck, make a play and roll off a hit. Also it doesn’t hurt that Keith has a reputation of using his stick or elbows to protect himself making opponents wary. |

Totally agree on staying in London another year with the Hunters developing his skills in a slightly less combative environment alas you can't turn back time and Boqvist definitely took his lumps last year . If Keith is onboard with showing the kid the ropes he can't ask for a better mentor and Keith knows all the tricks of the trade and Boqvist has the natural gifts to develop into a all stare level defenseman down the road if he listen to Keith and keeps his head up . |

Looks like Boston U. is playing at 1 PM Eastern (top of the hour). That's different than what I had seen before. Maybe the schedule is scrambled due to the covid cancellations.
Game is on cable at ESPNews.
Not sure who is playing:
Commesso is #29
Vlasic is #7
Wise is #17 |

He should be wrapped in bubble wrap and not play until next season. He apparently is a China doll. |

Commesso was sharp early in first period, saves 14/14, killed off a 5 minute PP. Not much traffic in front of him.
Vlasic playing a lot, also on PK1, not on PP.
Wise is at LW, on PP2. |
