When your GM Is Doug DoorKnob Wilson I'm betting the the Sharks couldn't sweep the building they play In.

DW's fine, and most of his "bad" moves, at the time were justified. The only recent moves I really thought were obviously poor decisions: keeping Boughner when it seemed clear the team needed a new voice; not properly addressing the goalie situation the past 2 seasons.

There were definitely some risky moves, some gambles and some moves that were deemed good at the time with the caveat that they would eventually be painful. But for the most part, he's been a good GM... Much better than a lot of the other guys out there.

SSullivan you are correct and that's why you made my point for me, The only poor decision you left out was bringing back a 42 year old Patrick Marleau. I loved growing up and watching Wilson back home In Northwest Illinois but he's a terrible GM to date and you are right Boughner should go as well.

Hmmm, not seeing how "i made your point" - he has NOT been a "terrible GM to date". Overall, from the start of his tenure, he's been pretty damn good.

And I don't agree that bringing back Marleau was a poor decision. For a 3rd/4th liner, he hasn't been bad. And take him off the team and replace him with any other player making 700k that was available doesn't make the Sharks a playoff team.
