2 out of 3 would be great. Flyers just need to continue to improve the team game and keep the foot on the gas for the forecheck. Hopefully, TK will have figured it out during his time to reflect. LETS GO FLYERS!

No argument on that.

I think tonight's game is huge, because if the Flyers can grab the two points, especially if it's in regulation, it puts quite a bit of pressure on the Penguins in the next game.

Patrick apparently starting at 4C, Bunnaman scratched. This will make a lot of folks on this forum happy I presume. I would not have gone this way, but I am open to see what happens tonight. I likewise want the Flyers to get at least 4 out of 6 points these next three games, but 6 out of 6 would be better!

NoPa on the 4th line is not ideal. But maybe it will assist him to simplify things in his mind. I am kinda grasping there I know. I still believe he will come around.

Also, what will it take for a fight in one of these three games? I get that it is not the 70's anymore but it is still Flyers-Pens.

Playing Patrick on the 4th line with 2 less offensive skilled guys is not the route I would go to get him going. He is a skilled player who needs to play with other skilled players; which he has and it just hasn't produced results. Don't know what the answer is though I do not believe 4th line is it.

He was back very quickly; Nashville hired him as a scout. But the Preds gave him permission to speak to the Penguins about working as Hexy's AGM/ hockey ops director.

I don't know if Nick Pryor, who still scouts for the Flyers as a NCAA/USHL/USHS/NAHL scout will be hired away by Pittsburgh. I am hoping not, because Nick does really good work.

I don't know. The Flyers didn't practice yesterday. Just my speculation. We'll see how they take rushes at the morning skate today.

It's possible that Patrick goes back to 3C and Laughton to 4C, even tonight. We'll see.

Thanks for the clarification Bill! I have stated that I like the Flyers 3rd and 4th lines now that Jake is back and I didn't want to mess with them. I also feel it would be best for Patrick to sit a few games to reset, and Jordon Hall wrote a similar thing today in his article. Do you have an opinion on this?

He's such an enigmatic player, he appears to have all the tools but can't find his offensive game at the NHL level to match what he could do in Major Junior.

He looks to be on about a 23 point pace over an 82 game schedule, he is coming back from a full year off though. How many years is do you take to see what you've got? Rule of thumb is 300 games is it not? You should know what you have by then.
