I thought the opposite. I thought he regressed yesterday but is better today. I want to see him shoot more. He made some pass attempts today where the play was there but shooting may have been a better choice. - MJL
I agree with you. Not for nothing but you know I was saying this weeks ago and you railed me for it. Just saying ...

I do think he’s been playing better the last couple games, but it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world if they did sit him one game once TK comes back. I do think they’ll probably do what MB said in a previous post though. Drop Laughton to 4C, Patrick 3C, sit Bunnaman. - Ftown19125
They should not break up the Laughton line.

JVR has 25 points in 18 games, but the best part of his game is he is doing this while also be a +8. In his career during his best offensive seasons, he was a minus player, so this shows me he has greatly improved his 5 on 5 play. |

Nor should they break up the Bunnaman line. Patrick had yet another game with 0 points and 0 shots. For the love of God, its time for him to sit when TK is ready.

Has a lot to do with team play but he has definitely improved his overall play.

Hayes has to lose the stupid that seems to have taken hold of him the last few games. - MBFlyerfan
It’s been going on for some time now, even when he was scoring |

The forced pass to Hayes from NP was incredibly disappointing. Telegraphed the whole way, want the franking puck |

No issue for a few games but they should continue to make an investment in Patrick.

Agreed, but I would like him to earn that spot back in the lineup.

Just wild that he’s scoring at this pace while maintaining good 5 on 5 play. Didn’t see this coming.
Also, his top goal today was next level. Dear god he’s out of this world at those |

At this rate, I'm starting to feel like I'd want them to protect Ghost in expansion, with how well he's been playing.
There's no guarantee NP would even get taken if they could only protect 4 F's. |

Bunnaman can be replaced, I wouldn’t change it but against better teams Bunnaman will be more exposed. He has great effort, responsible but he doesn’t get pucks deep and he doesn’t get pucks through. If better teams can match up with him they will have an advantage. Meanwhile Raffle and nak play really |

l liked Lindblom today, he was going to the right spots on the ice and getting some good shots. If he keeps playing like this it will come for him. |

Kent manderville scored more but he’s been away for so long. Just keep throwing him out there |

Another underrated play was the shift by NAK before the Flyers 3rd goal. He was a one man wrecking crew and allowed the Flyers to change their forward line against a tired Sabres line. NAK may not get a point but its a huge shift by him. Same with Bunnaman on the 2nd Flyers goal, with a clean o-zone faceoff win that set up that scoring play. No point for Bunnaman but a huge play none the less.
Edit: Correction, Bunnaman did not take that draw, he was tossed out, my mistake. |
