One would think that Buffalo will have a big push back today. Let’s get out to a clean, fast start and remember to shoot!

Let’s go Flyers!

It's absolutely absurd. Comical. Hayes leads the team is shots on goal this season. There is no legitimate basis to sit Hayes.

Flyers lines have no chemistry. Hayes should sit. The comedy just goes on and on.

If anything. If patty continues his play from last game I give him a couple shifts back at center to see if it translates over.

Yes. Hioe hart closes the door. I know elliot has played well but was thinking this yesterday after the shut out. Just hope he doesn’t let more than two behind him today.

Eichel isn’t injured he’s checked out. He wanted trade over summer but with league schedule off he was told to give it another try and they’d try to make playoffs that’s why they signed hall to 1 year deal. Obviously not working. He will be traded after this fake season before or at the draft

I don’t think they’d get paid if they opt out?

With out a credible reason why? Making 9 mil no one touches that contract now let alone a question of character then.

We didn’t have a contract space open. But Svenchnikov for the wings last night had a good showing in his first game back.

I’m not of the Bunny over Patrick opinion. I am however a Patrick over NAK if Patrick can show more offense at RW. I think Bunnaman has continued to improve, and I don’t really agree with the knock on his lack of offense. He isn’t a playmaker or a sniper. What he does well is use his size out front to get rebounds and deflections. I think that he has been doing a great job of getting to the front of the net all season. The lack of shooting has really been tough there.

One game, I saw him get mad at himself after redirecting a shot wide. He gets few opportunities so it is getting frustrating quickly when he feels he needs to bury that. Coots (although not similar in style) talked about how difficult that was in his early career as a defensive player with few scoring chances.

Bottom line is the offense is in there for Bunny. If NAK isn’t shooting, the defensemen need to.

If you're referring to yesterday's game. I thought Patrick regressed from his pervious game.

He may, but think he will be passed by tanner in the next year as the 4 c. Not that I hate bunny just think in the 4 c role patty is d responsible, can bring more offense and then has the ability to move up the lineup if needed. Bunny can spot on pk. One advantage. And agree he has room to grow. Just think patty is the better player all around. I like how NAK has been playing and agree. Fire the puck. He could easily have a few more points this season.

Interesting. I thought he was tougher on the boards and pursuit through the whole game. Prwvious game the first period he was good then slowly fizzled to me.

I didn’t think the flyers played particularly well yesterday. They looked slow and the passing was atrocious. They were fortunate that they were playing against a team that looks like it’s quit on the coach. Nonetheless two points today is much needed today.

I haven't had an issue with Patrick's board play all season. The issue with Patrick is that he is a skill player that rarely has the puck. He doesn't get to the scoring areas. Doesn't generate shots. He got his nose a little dirty around the net the game before last. Other than on the PP, no where near the net last game.

I see it rather as the last two games were overall Patrick’s best since the start of the season so hopefully it is building for him.

I wouldn't worry to much Flyer fans, we are a mess, it is embarrassing how bad it has gotten. I've seen better play in shinny games at the Nike Base then the Sabres play. Yet we have not heard one peep from are owners or GM. Really hurts to be a Sabres fan.

Feel bad for you guys. I thought with the additions of Staal, Taylor Hall and the continued progression of Eichel and Dahlin, you guys would be competitive this year. I feel like if the divisions were back to normal and you were in the Atlantic, you’d be closer to competing for a playoff spot. This division we’re all in is a beast.

Buffalo is a dysfunctional organization. Total mess. While they have some decent players as a team they suck. Can’t see Eichel wanting to be Back after this year. Talk about just wasting away

Myers sitting again would be silly.

There are systemic issues within the Sabres organization, much like Vancouver on the West Coast, they just can't find a way to get out of their own way. Didn't they just clean house last year and bring in a mostly all new hockey operation department?
