I believe a player with a M NTC can be exposed in the expansion draft. If a player has a full NMC he cannot be exposed unless he waives.

2 weeks ago Ek thought the Underrated Difference Maker Sam Gagner played for the Oilers. His 0 goals and 2 assists have made a world of difference in Detroit. But Torts loved him in Columbus so maybe he'll end up playing for them again.
