I don’t think they really look at their lines like that, especially the 3rd and 4th. Outside of Coots, you could use those centers interchangeably. Now that would be one thing if they were bad, but they’re really not. Speaks to their depth at the position, if anything.

Frankly, I wouldn’t be surprised to see those centers shuffled as the game progresses unless the chemistry is clearly flowin.

I’m really hoping the line up is wrong, should Couturier play. If he’s questionable, why is pressure being put on him on the top line? Why is Hayes on the fourth line, when Laughton was great to start the year on the fourth and probably needs limited minutes due to his past couple of games.

I didn’t get to respond to your ridiculously long post about me not being a Hayes fan, so I’ll respond here. My preference is my preference. I reserve the right to feel how I feel about athletes, celebrities or even people in my everyday life. I’m also not a fan of Kevin Hart, Judge Judy, Shia LaBeouf or Gene Simmons. I know they have their fans, I’m just not one of them. I think Hayes is overpaid and overrated by this fan base. So far Hayes has proved me wrong in terms of offense but he’s an average two way center at best. I don’t think he’s funny. I don’t think he’s that special of a player. I’m sure he’s a good guy, as I’m sure Kevin Hart is. They’re just not a preference of my own in the profession they’re in.
