Four Roses Single/Small Batch is a great buy.
EH Taylor is a level up but hard to find up here. I drive to Buffalo with the wife for a "Christmas shopping" trip every year and I load up with EH Taylor while I'm there.
Those are my really good go to's.
Maker's does some good ones. I don't think I've had JD since high school. Not sure - do they have some good smooth Kentucky's? I've always assumed they were more a bargain level blend of some kind. |
