Pretty cool that TK and NP get to take their bromance on the ice.

At one juncture of the practice, Morgan Frost turned Elliott inside out and scored. At the other end on the same rep, Frost turnstiled Gostisbehere but wasn't able to finish the play.

No, it's Phantoms forward Max Willman. Oddly enough he was wearing No. 71, which is Zayde Wisdom's number on the camp roster (Wisdom is wearing No. 60).

Mason Millman isn't here, although he's now under ELC.

I’m very excited for the day that Zamula and York are both on the NHL roster alongside provy myers Sanheim and whoever else is the last spot

Bill any insight on Frost? How did he look and has he added weight?

Very concerned with the defense. Great news that York and Zamula are tracking so well but for this year it should be their Achilles heel

Let the good times roll, we got a good shot at this thing with a well rested team and some growth from the kids

Had a good first day, during the practice portion particularly. May have added some muscle but not a night-and-day difference from the pressbox view.

Just the idea of adding Patrick and Lindblom back to last years list of forwards feels great.

I’m with you! Hoping the increased offense can help alleviate the loss on defense. Patrick and Lindblom are both good 200 foot players so it definitely helps.

On Phantoms site listed as 6' 185. I don't know how current that is. He looks a little small for 185 to me, but with athletes its hard to tell because of their high muscle ratio.
