Got nothing against Khudobin, but him and Hill are a weak tandem to say the least. Only reason you should pass on Murray here is if you're seeing a better option down the line, and I'm not sure that's the case. 🤔

I agreed it’s the right pick but I just don’t see tierney being exposed. I don’t see them protecting 3 defensemen. Chabot and Wolainen are the only 2 they should protect and keep tierney. Just my opinion.

So no retro-reverse jersey for Kraken?

League leaving a lot of money on the table...

You cannot protect 8 forwards and two defensemen. Keep in mind that each team also needs to expose two forwards who have played at least 40 games this season or 70 over the past two seasons.

i'm about 98% sure the reason that tierney was given a 2nd year on his deal is precisely expose him in the draft. he's not a piece in the plan moving forward, but at the same time he's young enough and good enough to be an attractive pick up for Seattle (over perhaps a younger player like Balcers or Chlapik)

If Colin White has another bad year, I could see him exposed.

He is still 1/3 buyout eligible for at least a year I think

I agree with this post regarding another bad year for Colin White then expose him and get his contract off the books. I also have doubts about Logan Brown, too many injuries and excuses made for him. If they rebound then I am semi ok with exposing Tierney who has been a good addition to the team. I would expect Seattle to definitely grab Tierney if he is available.

I think Tierney is a better 3C and may be out of his league as a 2C but he is a solid choice..
