Nice, I'm enjoying the mock expansion draft and can't wait till the Leafs come up and who get select to team Kraken!

Khudobin feels like a no brainer for who to pluck from Dallas. He’ll be on the Kraken.

I haven’t agreed with all the selections but it’s looking like a solid team.

Leading up to this are you gonna do another one that includes trade offers and or bribe offers from teams to select certain players?

It’s bound to happen. Over under 5 teams do this when draft actually occurs.

Yeah possibly, if he can keep it up. I don't believe they protect Pawelski. Richardinson plays both ends, is young and brings it every night. Not the finest player but you can slot him anywhere, very useful.

It absolutely is the plan to do at least one more of these where trades will be permitted. Right now I am thinking there will be two more mock drafts prior to the real thing:

- One around the mid-season mark allowing for trades
- Another right before the actual Expansion Draft occurs

Glad to be a part of this. I don’t see the stars asking Bishop to waive his nmc but even if he does I think it will be safe to say one of the two goalies will be the pick.

With a number of teams with quality tandems I think the trade market will be filled with younger options making it harder for Dallas to get a return on one of their goalies.

That said even at 34 both goalies have been able to put up strong numbers. Only concern with bishop would be his history with injuries. Otherwise both goalies are the best option available to put seattle in position to see Vegas-like success for the first year or two of their existence.

what if the Stars had given Khudobin a NMC in his new deal. How would that work? would he take the place of a defensemen?
