1 year deal mesns if Sabres are out of playoff contention Hall winds up somewhere else for playoffs(Avs & Bruins?)....I am surprised he took a 1 year deal at his age...if he doesn’t light it up who knows what his next contract will be!

Hall is a beast. He is one of the few people I have seen that actually puts in 110%. Eichel, also a beast, should have some fun playing with Hall, these two could be magic.

I *am* interested in how Hall and Eichel gel. Not the biggest fan of the way either of carry themselves on the ice (body language wise ... Duchene falls into this category too) but hopefully I'm either reading (both of them) wrong or they find success together and it won't matter because I completely agree you guys need a break

Must have been guaranteed to play with their best and get a tonne of powerplay time. Boost his stats and sign a nice contract elsewhere post-Covid.

everyone saw what Arizona put up to get him, draft picks and prospects, and he left them now in a worst spot, trust Sakic not to make the same mistake

Makes sense for him to sign with Buffalo! F’d up market due to covid so why not sign a 1 yr deal and play with an elite center that just helped skinner score a 9 mil per year contract just last year! Then he gets his big multi year deal with WAY more money than what he got with what’s perceived a flat cap! THIS ISNT ROCKET SCIENCE GENTLEMEN!

Western New York is really upstate New York because nobody gives a poop about it, but people from this region always get pissy when people from the real New York say that its upstate, so for the sake of their vaginas I will consider this its own region. Guys, don’t take it so hard! Our New York sucks just as much as yours!

The only place anyone gives a poop about in Western New York is Buffalo. Buffalo is one of the worst places on earth. Like New York City, it is overpriced and full of every type of douche bag. It is also full of criminals and has one of the worst crime rates in the state. Buffalo is also completely boring. Everything closes early in Buffalo and the nightlife there is lame as all (frank). It’s cold as a witch’s wussy in Buffalo. While one of the perks of New York State is that it generally produces attractive people, Buffalonians make Staten Islanders look beautiful. If you’re ugly, move to Buffalo, and you won’t be so damn ugly anymore. The food sucks. The local culture sucks. Pretty much everything about Buffalo sucks, save for its proximity to Niagra Falls and Canada.
I barely have enough to say about this area to do a piece on it but like I said, I only made it its own section because its residents are such fags about it. They feel the need to be counted and be viewed as significant even though they totally aren’t. I think there was once a state high school wrestling champion from one of the bum(frank) schools in Western NY. That’s about it. Haha.

Listen, I love my hometown, but it's an economically depressed carcass of a city. It failed. Now it's just a really big town, full of townies, with tattoos from head to toe, who drink from noon to midnight, replaced Sunday church with Sunday Buffalo Bills and think they know everything with their associate's degree, that they didn't even finish.
