Ah where all offensive Stars go to die.

Just poking some fun at the fact many of the last couple "Offensive" pickups havent exactly panned out. (Duchene, Turris, Subban)

Wait, THE Pegulajet?

Is Hall being courted with Murrancy AND Bottcoin?

The Pegulas always get their man, Buffalo is a bunch of riverboat gamblers that watch the Free Agent market like a stock broker watches the trading market on Wall Street

If Hallsy wants to win why would he go to Nashville? I guess they will be the ones who are going to throw the most money at him. Habs are in a better suited situation than Nashville and have a much brighter future with a slew of those prospects coming.

Nashville is consistently better than Montreal, has a group of offensive prospects close, has better Weather and you don’t have to pay 57% of your Salary to the Government. No worries about having to learn French to keep half your fan base happy- housing is better and cheaper. 4 seasons but Spring comes in February. Small city with great quality of life. Perennial playoff team. Media won’t eat you alive. More and more NHL players move here when their career is over even if they didn’t play here.

Could this finally be when they trade for Malkin to be the man?

Or

Traded for Ovechkin?

Or

Jim Balsillie FINALLY bought the Preds and moving them to Hamilton .

Ohhh the possibilities, can’t wait to hear what it is. I know I won’t be sleeping tonight.

To be fair some players prefer hockey markets. Plus that 57% taxes you speak of is ebbed by the exchange rate. While Nashville is probably the front runners for Hall my only concern is whether or not we get to see Poile in his raincoat.
