Oilers are in the driver seat now.

McJesus is pretty good.
Aggressive forecheck really paid off.
Played more physical in Hawks zone.
Dmen blocking shots and clogging passing lanes.
Neal owns the Hawks. (How you got him for Lucic just shows what a dunce Chiarelli is.)

Only thing that can prevent Oilers winning the series:
Goaltending play. Crawford standing on his head or Koskinen letting in some soft goals. (And very unlikely. Crawford was out with Covid until a few days before playing the Oilers, has had limited time on the ice, and does not look sharp.)
Lucky bounces/caroms.
Hawks stay out of the penalty box and play a really clean game.
Toews/Kane/Keith play out of their heads.

I missed the game so don’t quote me if it’s incorrect but I thought I saw kassian was moved down to AA’s line.

So I’ll ask if AA’s success in the game was independent or if it was in part due to both of his and kassian’s very different styles benefiting each other? (Similar to the success mcdavid had with kassian and another tough guy in maroon)
