Hope so. However seeing how theyve played all season in afternoon games i am not optimistic. Heres hoping im very wrong. Lets go boys fill the net for me. Ill be working so maybe thats the key is me not watching.

Q was talking up Saarela during the training camp, he is very impressed with his shot. Wonder if he gets into the lineup today. Hunt might be a good idea, he'll definitely get in and stir things up on the forecheck.

I’d like to see both guys in for some speed and simplicity. The offense needs a jumpstart.

PIMS through two games, FL 26, NYI 8.
Then they have little fire in a do or die 3rd period.

I will bet anyone on this site a 12pack of beer, your choice that dale talon will keep his job. Ownership doesn’t care about winning a cup, in fact he cares more about his horses than this team. I’ve said this for years now, it’s a write off for a billionaire. Players on this team are not very goo. Ekblad, the number one overall pick 6 years ago is average at best. Let me said that again, the number one overall pick in 2014.
Weiger and Mattihson are bottom 6 defensemen on a good teams. Yandle is a power play specialist only. You know why he has not missed a game in like 8 years, because he is SOFT. Ever see him block a shot in front of the net or push someone out of the crease? Still an is a puppy. And don’t get me started on Keeper. And now the forwards.
Dadonov, Huberdeau are inconsistent and Ofer invisible. Barkov is good but surely no superstar. Hoffman is good on the pp. Haula is nothing. Boyle, Connelly and the rest are 3rd and 4th liners at best.
I can’t argue the hiring of coach Q but man give him some tools to work with
