The team all highly admire and respect Sasha. (Vinny is even wearing #16 in Carolina) Barkov has always had an impeccable work ethic. Being around the workout demon that was "old man" Jagr inspired him to take to an even higher level. I noticed in this episode where the trainer told him to take it easier today because he had been going so hard the last couple of days. It's not the first time I've heard they had to tell Barkov to take it a little easier sometimes. He's definitely more of a leader by example rather than with words.

Rats - I loved that part with the coach talking to him. He seems very driven.

Q put Frank up on line one with Barkov and Dadonov shortly before the stoppage, and Huberdeau on line two with Haula and Hoffman. It worked very well in the few games they got to play with those combos. Q is sticking with the changes so far.
