As much as I would have liked to have seen Vancouver as one of the hub cities I absolutely trust is Dr. Henry’s judgement. Now we just look forward to the playoffs, wherever they may be.

I’m from Ontario and still have family there. The COVID situation is currently much better in BC than most provinces and I’d rather not take a step back, even for hockey.

The latest John Oliver was on facial recognition technology and how it's a very open industry right now, and there's very real, negative outcomes to how it can be used/abused. He showed a clip of one company in China who is advancing facial recognition, and they named their giant tech company "Skynet" after Terminator.

Thanks Carol, I agree with the good doctor. If a player or staff member tests positive it means the bubble has burst. I don't believe the players will be capable of keeping to themselves, the temptation will be too great.
