Devils can't even fix having an interim GM (and coach) problem and don't spend any money. How they going to pull this off? The only thing ownership has gone hard after was the Devil Dancers... and not even in a good way. Oh yeah, and profits. They've gone after that by reducing us to the lowest payroll in the league....

I don't understand how we can have any discussion about trades/signings without knowing at least a pretty good estimate of what the cap is going to be.

This is just silly, but I feel stupid for even falling on this clickbait. First how does Hall replacing JG improve Calgary in any meaningful way? Second, it would give the Devils 2 years of control of JG with the same type of Hall signing drama with JG - and everyone knows he wants to play in Philly. So Hard "NO" from all parties.

A man can dream, but if there was any chance buffalo is interested in dancing with CGY id be all over it. Both teams may look to shake-up their core after a underachieving this year. unlike the hall rumors, eichel can really have a meaningful impact. dunno JG's thought's on buffalo, but eichel the type of player i would go all-in for it if the deal made sense for both clubs, not hall. They got some nice pieces, we got some nice pieces. Only untouchables on flames for me would be mathew Tk and maybe andersson + valamaki. Both teams could really overhaul their roster.

JG would be a great fit in NJ......

I don't understand the draw for players wanting to return home if they can in free agency. When I was young, I couldn't get away from "home" fast enough. The longer I've been gone the more this holds true. Visiting is fun though. Maybe Hall has forgotten how poopty Calgary is. (Shot fired)

Nice. The ownership ruined this. Same with the goal song for a more 'family friendly' environment. It's just stupid. Put a good product on the ice for (frank) sake.


Worst part is I hear they dancer weren't paid Richard (no pun intended) so it wasn't even a real expense for the team.

Why would the Devils do this? Doesnt make any sense to give up the futures it would cost for only 2 years of control of JG. Wouldnt make sense for the Flames either as JG is just a better player than Hall, and younger...
