I watched an interview with a young black university grad. He applied online for a job that he was easily qualified for and didn’t hear back. He had his suspicions as to why so he applied again but used his friends address which was in a white neighborhood.

This time he got an interview immediately. This is what the black community has to deal with on a daily basis. It made me sick to my stomach. This happened in Halifax.
