He's still a Sabre right now. The rumors of him signing with the KHL are just a "sources say" thing. There's no proof of him signing with the KHL and he's under contract with the Sabres until June 30th. The rumors are probably a negotiating tactic on his agents part. Bottom line, he's still with the Sabres.
