More concerned with where the games are played. I know there aren't going to be fans present but playing in your home arena could be a boost regardless. The NHL should pick the "safest" city from the list of teams not in the tournament and play the games there so it is truly neutral ice.

Truly neutral cities would be a great idea to level the playing field for teams that would not get any games i their home arenas. I think it is very fair if you can find enough cities with the right set up to host a number of teams at once.

Unless I misunderstood the plan, I thought that all eastern conference games will be played in a single city and same for the western conference. The current list of candidates included cities of teams that are in the tournament. My thought is that the only cities that should be considered were cities not in the tournament so it is truly neutral ice.
