One more thing about Waddell, and Mgmt. There are really a few guys who are in the decision-making process! So, one guy handles analytics, one (or more) scouting (rookies), others evaluate other team's PLAYER'S etc. Seems to be effective mgmt. by committee!
Also, the purse-strings seem to be looser, thanks to the OWNER...IMO!
