Todd - With our current roster, who would you slot on the 4th line if we started playing today?

Does anyone know where you can find info on which Devils prospects in CHL juniors cannot return to Juniors or is AHL eligible?

First off, I like this kid a lot more if his nickname really is John ‘Hollywood’ Hayden.

Secondly, IF we had some real quality on the 4th line like Wood-Zacha-Hayden he might be tolerable. The problem is he’s a fringe AHL guy and when you put him with other fringe guys like Rooney etc. they can’t cover for him.

I’ll ignore the fact he really stinks as a fighter because does stand up for his teammates and seems fairly discipline in not just trying to goon it up.

Bastian, Boqvist, Zetterlund all capable of playing RW. McLeod and Merkley can probably be moved to wing. Kuokkanen and Foote both play LW which would allow Bratt to play RW. All that without even having to go outside the organization to fill RW. I can't fathom a reason to have Hayden on the roster next year.

The problem is everyone on that list has little to no NHL experience. I mean it shouldn’t be hard for someone to beat out Hayden in camp but someone has to show something.

Bastian has some jam and Boqvist isn’t soft.

Boqvist was decent in nhl I have no idea how but he got i think 0 assist?? I thought he looked ok passing love his speed though...janne has looked good and productive since his first pro year in ahl which isnt all that but prefer a guy that always produced each yr impressive and Foote I hope he make the team that would be awesome..add him and a guy like holtz and you got 3 snipers instead of just palms.. and I was joking about John Hayden lol..i love all the players with the nj logo

hard to believe we should be towards the end of the season. I feel like life got put on hold and we have no idea when it'll resume. Can't complain, given my family and myself are healthy. i do feel for guys at the end of their careers, and of course college players. It just sucks we won't get to see what happens with these teams. I really doubt we're going to have a champion in any sport this year, before Fall comes again.

Seney/Merkley/Anderson/Kuokkonen are all much more talented players that deserve the TOI
