I don't think you've really watched the Canucks at all. When healthy the team can compete with anyone.

I've been watching game summary's of the 2016 Pens games on NHL/Youtube.

Watching those highlights it loos like the Pens won in spite of Murray. Some real stinkers.

He just went 15-6 with a .923 sv% and 2.08 GAA. Only 6 games he was under .900, all those were losses, and rest he was .923 or better.

I'll take a goalie that plays 21 games and 15 are .923 or better and 6 under .900.

GMJR spoke with reporters today. About the only noteworthy thing is he's optimistic Jake will be ready to start the playoffs if they have them.

Pens are one of several teams (Canes and Flyers also come to mind) who might have stronger than expected rosters if they actually play.

How are you fellas? Hope everyone’s family is doing just fine with this quarantine thing. In my city we have like 15 corona vírus cases (Sergipe/Brazil).

That Canes roster on paper is scary. Crazy how Staal is back at 3RD line center. Is his minutes reduced?

We are OK. 5 cases here in Carrol County, MD. However, many more in next door Baltimore County, 127 cases. We are in pretty much lock down here with all bars and restaurants closed as well as nonessential services. I work in home health as an occupational therapist. I am still out there every day in peoples homes.

My city pretty much doubled yesterday. Went from 35 to 67. 44 of these cases are directly related to an infected person going to a funeral home and the others being around this person. This person had traveled and was back home before the mandatory self isolation for 14 days if you have traveled.

This sh!t is insanely contagious.

How's it going fellas. Hope everyone is staying home and healthy. Buddy of mine sent this over in his lock-in boredom and was wondering how you all would play it:

Using the following price list, draft the best starting lineup (3F, 2D, 1G) you can out of the following American players! (Each price tier has 3F, 2D, 1G). Price cap is $18.

$5: Modano, Kane, Hull, Chelios, Leetch, Quick

$4: LaFontaine, Matthews, K. Tkachuk, Housley, Carlson, Richter

$3: Mullen, Roenick, Eichel, R. Suter, S. Jones, Bishop

$2: Amonte, Oshie, Gaudreau, M. Howe, G. Suter, Miller

$1: Guerin, Kessel, Broten, Yandle, K. Hatcher, Vanbiesbrouck

My team:

I think the dumbest thing you can do is draft Quick. Eichel looks like the brainer center in this. I’m probably gonna splurge on a Leetch-Chelios defense to help hide Miller a bit (I think prime Miller can get the job done). With the three remaining bucks I'll pick up Johnny Hockey and The Phil as my wingers. Forward two way play is a bit suspect but that’s a ton of speed and scoring and an elite, well rounded blue line that can really facilitate offense and get the puck moving in the opposite direction behind Leetch and help make up for forward defensive deficiencies behind Chelios. Kinda feel like this would fit the identity the current Pens are going for.

Gaudreau-Eichel-Kessel
Chelios-Leetch
Miller
