from what it seems, every professional sports league hasn't grasped the full seriousness and thought this would be a 2 week affair.

The situation in Wuhan and North East Asia is slowly returning to normal after 3 months , and that's with extreme lock down measures. Realistically, they should just can the season , hold the draft via Skype, and come back fresh in October, and this is MLB and the NBA.

Greed knows no bounds. The NHL will do everything in it's power to maximize profits, although it may not seem like it as sometimes the best decisions are short term pain for long term gain. Still, don't think for a second every decision isn't ultimately about the $$$.
