The fleet footed and quick thinking Coburn helped. Hopefully he believes What happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas. Atrocious minute for him

Thanks for the write up. I just couldn't make it past the first period last night so your summary makes me understand what happened and glad I didn't stay up.

I almost feel bad for Coburn. He seems like a good guy but has lost a bunch of speed if he ever even had any. The Bolts would have to give up a lot I think to get a solid D from someone.

As far as Johnson is concerned, he just hasn't been the same since he hurt his wrist before the SCF against the Hawks. Would anyone want him now?

Based on current play, it may be time to update the depth chart and put Schenn as the #7 defender and drop Coburn down to #8

Are we sure Johnson is actually playing out there? Has anyone seen him recently? He has a month and half to turn it around. We need playoff Johnson!

Everyone bashes on Gourde but its is Tyler Johnson who is the 5M dollar player that has to go. He is a shell of the player he once was. He doesn't help drive his line, he actually costs his line. Gourde is on the 4th line, PK, no power play yet when given the chance due to all the injuries a few weeks ago he stepped up his game.

And Coburn is a great guy, met him multiple times and always cordial and friendly with fans but he has replaced Matt Carle and is now the Bolts pylon.

Luke Schenn can't skate and he is even quicker and more agile out on the ice.

Hmmm, get in town for 2 days, rookie dinner, Vegas.....Typical "Vegas Flu Syndrome".
Ironically, Point out with the flu, yep, uh huh.
They played like every other eastern team that has their once a year visit, could see this one coming, 2 days in town prior to game night, rookie dinner. The dots are easy to connect.

Hopefully some team will overpay for Johnson in the summer, thinking he's still a good second line center.

Pretty sure playoff Johnson will show up in playoffs....... Anyway, how bout another deal with the devils

To Tampa: Will Butcher 50% retained (1.85M AAV cap hit for ya)
To Devs: Coburn and 2021 1st
