Man totally happy. Would need to add more to get Provorov. We all know JG's heart is in Philly. But I would like to see what Hall could bring.

I think we just have to all realize that the Flames are a middle of the pack team. Last years regular season was lucky. And the playoffs were reality. Sell where it makes sense and be ready for next season.

He is right that the Pacific is soft and the Flames could realistically make it to the conference finals. They need a Dman or two though. If they can find someone like Fantenberg for a 3rd rounder, I say do it.

The Flames are fine and will still win the division. All that's important is their ability to score is coming back. They're missing their only two defenders who even kind of know how to play defence so nights like last night will happen.

Hopefully, Treliving can see what their actual weaknesses are and prioritizes a Dillon or Martinez over a forward.

If they figure out how to win at home they will have a chance to get in.
All this talk from the players about making it a harder barn to play in is just talk. Time to put up or shut up! They need a players only meeting, time for the leaders to lead! If they lose the next one at home, I’d be hesitant to move any draft picks for a bandaid. Best way to improve is to draft well. Continually trading 1st and 2nds is the Sutter way and we see that doesn’t work.

Monday's game against the Ducks is an afternoon game and I think the Ducks will be coming in pissed off after being embarassed 6-0. Does anyone think Rittich might have an injury or something, he seems to be playing like crap lately.
