The NoPa info is exciting as it's a change from what was his normal approach. |

That he is flying with the team is definitely a step forward.
The air pressure change on a plane can be murderous torture for me when I get a migraine. I have to do a bunch of things to prepare beforehand to make sure I don't get afflicted.
Take medication, drink lots of water, make sure I don't eat certain things beforehand. Otherwise it is a torture that doesn't end until descent starts to happen. |

I think it was reported that Patrick traveled with the team to Washington although I’m not so sure they flew.
Still...baby steps |

Prior to the Nurse extension, would any of you had considered Nurse for Sanheim? |

Bill Meltzer: Flyers Gameday: 2/10/20 vs. FLA - bmeltzer
Florida is a funny team when the Flyers face them. They could be good on paper, they could be bad on paper but we’ve always struggled against them going back to the days of Olli Jokanen. This is an important week. Those fools saying that the New Jersey loss was just one game, if this week doesn’t go well, this team would have made things tougher on themselves.
I’m hoping for 6 of 8 points this week. |

Do they usually fly or bus to DC? I know they'll take a bus to NJ, not sure about DC or the NY teams. I'm assuming they fly, but not sure. |

Probably not. Nurse definitely has a more physical game than Sanheim, but I think his puck skills have never lived up to his hype. Not saying Sanheim plays mistake-free or always makes the right play, I just see more upside in his game. |

Pretty sure they take the train to DC but I could be wrong. Either way, just happy Patrick's health seems to be trending in the right direction for his sake. |

Slow down Kent Johnson - arichardson22
haha
I know it's a lower level than CHL or NCAA, but he's draft eligible this year. You gotta figure someone's gonna take him around the 4th. He's 6'1 and is demolishing the league. |

Well, if he does, that's a great sign.
Right now, just happy he's able to rejoin the team in some capacity. |

Some mocks have him in the top-10 picks overall. |

Wow, I hadn't heard his name before looking up the stats.
I'm not super familiar with the BCHL, have any big-name stars come from it?
Edit: He's eligible 2021, not this year. |

Yeah, 2021. Button and Pronman have him ranked within the top-10 of that class.
Turris, Keith and Benn all spent time there. A bunch of other current NHLers too. Usually it's a stepping stone to college hockey.
KJ is committed to Michigan. |

You never want to take joy when a guy gets hurt but that’s huge for anyone trying to get past Columbus. At the same time, I felt the same when Douggie Hamilton got hurt for the Canes and I was wrong. |
