I really like watching Vegas pass the puck to each other. I wish Vancouver players knew how to do that.

Well except maybe Detroit, LA and Ottawa.

Canucks chances are just not difficult for other teams goalies or defences. It's rush the puck up the ice as fast as possible and get a shots on net from wherever you can fling it from.

It's looks like the most basic of coaching.

This version of the Canucks probably feel uncomfortable having him stir poop up though.

What this talk of "poor effort" last night. They outplayed San Jose 2 of the 3 periods. Dell was a wall and really Nucks were a bit unlucky to not get a point out of that game. Plus, the Sharks were a desperate team with a new coach. All being said it was a strong effort that just didnt quite get it done.

There are always two teams on the ice and the other team is going to push back. As i said San Jose were desperate for a win, new coach. Plus there is still alot of talent on that team. And yes, teams win all the time with 40 min of hockey. Actually if a team outplays the other team 40 of 60 min for the majority of games in a season you are probably in the playoffs.

I wonder how serious FA is about playoffs this season. If they don’t make it, will he go ballistic and clean house or just accept it as growing pains?

The slow starts is a bad trend, not a good look on the coaching staff.

Not only that but he plays a great all around game. He checks, backchecks and always works his ass off. He will have a long fruitful career...even if he isnt the next Brett Hull.

Disagree here, that's exactly why he's getting criticized. His defensive game needs work. That'll come with age and maturity.
