Great month record wise understanding that a few will disagree with that

Let's enjoy it and focus on the next game at this point.
Losses are going to happen as this team is far from flawless but I will take this version of the Flyers over the past few years version 100% of the time.

Flyers on pace to earn 106 points this season.

They’ve definitely been playing some exciting hockey, that’s for sure. Hope they can keep it up.

A few will disagree with the NHL's best record this past month despite the league's toughest schedule in terms of fatigue factor disadvantages heading in.... and it's the same few who are only ever happy being miserable.

Looking forward to the next game against Toronto. Should be a good test coming off a couple day’s break.

Bill you see the flyers making any big moves at all at some point if you had to guess?

Unless you can make it work cap wise, big moves are tough to make in-season.

This team is lighting my passions.
I'm old and I can't handle disappointment.
Flirtations and passing fancies give me palpitations.
It's not like I want children or anything but a lasting commitment to be at least friends in the morning would be nice.
Please don't break my heart.
And let's have some fun.

There are only two ways that a season can end with a victory in your final game... and no team wants one of the ways.

Agreed. I'm very happy with their performance of late. Hiccups of course but this team is leaps and bounds better than last year. And that's without strong play from some of their key contributors.

Provys goal was the number one play of the night on sportsnet up here in kanida eh!!

Beautiful dagger to the hearts of all the habs fans I'm surrounded by up here!

You know how I'm looking at it? Hoping beyond hope that Patrick can return to the team in the new year and begin to contribute. That would almost be like a mid year trade.

Happy with things so far. The Flyers are far from perfect, they're far better than last years team. I agree that getting NoPa back this season would feel like a mid season trade. I hope the Flyers don't rush the kid back too soon? I would rather see him rested until next season than bring him in too soon and possibly cause a career ending
issue?

This. Otherwise I can't really see them doing anything in season that would be much more than a lateral move.

As a Leafs fan, I loved seeing Provarov putting Domi on a poster in OT. Thank you!

Loving the makeup of the team There are issues to fix but not nearly as big of holes as the past few seasons, Both goalies are competent and give you a shot to win most any night, youth and vets, The D pairs are coming together - Anytime you can sit a D man and have fans upset about whom you sit is a good problem to have Got more speed than the past - only thing I would hope for is a team mentality to shoot the puck more Way way way too many passes

the more I watch Niskanen play the more I realize how much this team has needed a guy like him

he does what Timonen did

Stellar goalie play with huge timely saves have made a big difference.

The penalty kill has gone from laughing stock to one of the best.

The forwards and team D still prone to inconsistent play, from the vets on down to the rookies. But overall they seem to have 4 lines that can play and 7 useful D.

The early season travel schedule was no joke, and the team has responded.

The coach seems to have a good feel for his players and rewards strong performance with more ice.

A lot to be happy about. Of course they could play better but they are exciting and I look forward to the games this year more then the recent past.

NoPa and Morin injury are the two big downers so far.

We all wanted a good start and we got that. Long way to go but they've set things up nicely for themselves.

As far as moves: maybe a vet defenseman on an expiring deal who help in the post season (should they get in).
