Yep, the Caps, Bruins and Isles are just going to step aside for the all-mighty Leafs! How about Toronto win a playoff series first?

Offence looked good, D was about as bad as ever. Hopefully they can tighten up or at least put a ton of pucks in the net...

And of course coaching for the Leafs made all the difference . One game, no practices
and Keefe has them scaring the league. Coaching means nothing for any other team,
its all luck. So lets get this straight professor Tanner the parade is back on !!!!

So Kuemper kept the Leafs at 3 goals, but if they faced another goalie, and had a couple of PPs, then the Leafs would have scored 10+ goals? Nice take.

By the way, did you notice the difference coaching can make? A new voice can improve morale, maybe inspires players to give that extra 1%, a new coach can implement changes in the strategy/system. All things your readers have been talking about, but which you refuse to accept because this isn't measured in a precious boxscore.

Let the backpedalling on coaching begin...

Yes! You finally realize that Corsi has nothing to do with actual possession. Can we call Corsi and her bastard step child Fenwick shooting metrics.

Oh boy, Jimmy Tan Tan is wrong Again

Caps, Bruins, and Isles are ALL contenders. As much as the Ranger Fan in me HATES the Isles, Lou, Trotz and the players have turned this team around the past two seasons

Yeah, come on guys! They’ve only been good for 100 games, it’s not sustainable.

The Leafs last Cup was viewed on a black and white TV, a couple of years before we landed a man on the moon. Haha. But things are looking up now that they have THREE #1 d-men and are the best roster ever assembled in the cap era.

So what really happened in this game? The Leafs got lucky and the Yotes were unlucky?

He’s right.......the leafs aren’t in the same league as the bruins, caps, or isles. They don’t belong anywhere near that list.

Since luck and goalies is apparently the most important factors in deciding a game...why exactly didn't the Coyotes have any chance? Luck is random right? And they have a goalie who is coming off the greatest year in goaltending history, or something silly like that?

Yet the claim is the Coyotes had no chance last night. These contradictions are adding up.

Is he even aware of how he contradicts himself? He made a statement in his blog of "
The Toronto Maple Leafs fired Mike Babcock and brought in Sheldon Keefe to take over. If there's ever a game you don't want, it's the first game of a team after they fired their coach." I thought coaching doesn't matter? A coaching change also doesn't always result in a positive outcome either.

As I said, if the Leafs improve its because of luck, injuries, and nothing to do with coaching. If the Leafs don't improve its proof that coaching doesnt make a difference. Never wrong. Always right.

And the last Leafs Cup was witnessed by numerous real life survivors of the Titanic. Many of the fans for the last Leafs Cup were born in the 1800's. Let that sink in.
