Matt, another fine summary, but let me add my 2 cents.

Good news from the Rangers game:

o Q's 900th win; only 10 with the Panthers but a great start to catching Bowmen.
o Huberdeau takes franchise record for career assists, with hopefully many years to go.
o Dadonov's 2 goals. Top line is hitting on all cylinders although Barkov's point streak came to an end. Dadonov has more goals than Panarin this year.
o Yandle with a couple of assists got NHL recognition.
o For the first time, I thought Bob looked comfortable and dialed in. He really shut the door in the third period.
o Panthers win in regulation; but another come from ahead, come from behind win.

Exciting things happening in the territory.

Idk know if it was really an intentional shot to the chops. They were trading crosschecks back and forth, and it was higher than all the rest, but from seeing the replay, idk if the face was the target.
Watching Line One is so much fun.
Damn, the Panthers shoula had 8 (more?) last night.
Had the feel of one of those games that was going to take a sickening turn as all of the missed chances came back to haunt. But Bob stood strong against the Flyers' desperate third period attack. Two games in a row where Bob slammed the door to preserve a third period lead.

Rats - Thought the same thing. This is why I called it a “rough” one and didn’t jump on the Philly player. It looked like they were giving some business back and forth and Huby caught an unfortunate one to the chiclets. Not excusing it or defending it, but I don’t think it was meant to be malicious - if that makes sense.

Man...I was thinking the same thing once the Flyers stared chipping away and especially in the third..!
