Belzile should have been called up. He'd be better at scoring than Hudon.

Perhaps...but they called up Hudon, might as well try and make it work and if we can finally trade him, it's all for the best. how motivated would he be?

Drouin had really turned it on this season

Yup, he was looking great.

That injury came at the worst possible time for him.

I hear you Karine, and it makes sense to try and put him in a situation to succeed.

But knowing how little Claude trusts him (he didn't play one shift in the third period vs the Devils) I doubt he'll put him next to rookie centre Suzuki and Max Domi.

Armia should do fine next to these two, and if he doesn't, I'd expect Weal or Cousins to have a shot.

I'd rather see Armia with Lek and KK.

I wouldn't mind that at all.

KK was looking much better when he was paired with "big bro Armia" and Drouin early on.

Lehkonen is no Drouin but I think that line would do well.

one of the most entertaining things about this team is watching what that guy does with a gilt-edged scoring opportunity. it's remarkable.

Should know more about the timeline after the surgeries. Still, not good news.

As for Byron, he's not the same player anymore...maybe that was the reason

That's the problem with Hudon, he can score in the AHL, but he's not really reliable for anything else. So, if he's not helping offensively in the NHL, he can't really be helpful in any other situation.

This team sucks on the wings so hopefully Domi can do something out there.
