Michael Stuart: Methot Working Towards Comeback; Potential Fit in Ottawa?

I'd pay to see spatso or khawk play for the Sens! Not saying this to be mean or sarcastic - I think it would just be cool to see someone from this board on the team.

But all the wishful thinking aside, I wonder how much of 'old Methot', should he come back, would be present - 60%? 70%? 26.4%?

As to your second point, I'd have to imagine that it would be on the lower end of that scale.

You would immediately regret paying money to watch me do anything on skates, let alone try to play hockey at even the Bantam level. I would, however, challenge anyone to an EA NHL'94 contest on the Sega Genesis console. You can do surprisingly well with a Sens lineup of Sylvain Turgeon, Mark Lamb (over Jamie Baker), Bob Kudelski, Norm MacIver, Brad Shaw, and Peter Sidorkiewicz.

In my prime (around age 14-15), I could skate pretty well and was looking forward to moving up. I remember being really pumped for the tryouts. Never saw it coming. I was expecting to play on the first line. But, I got cut. Not fast enough, not physical enough, weak shot.

Not sure how the Sen's could use me. But I am willing to tryout.
